How do I book?
Pick your dates on this site, open the home and press Book. Add a photo of each guest's ID, then sign and upload your quote. We email you the approval and the payment details, and the booking is confirmed once payment is received.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer, after we approve your request. The price on the site already includes the 6% Abu Dhabi tourism fee. No card details are taken on this website.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 3 PM, check-out by 11 AM. Check-in is by lockbox: the code, Wi-Fi and parking details open on your booking page once payment is received.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in, non-refundable after that. Event periods like the F1 weekend and Eid can be stricter; the terms on your quote apply.
Are weekly and monthly stays cheaper?
Yes, by themselves. From 7 nights the weekly rate takes about 7% off each night, and from 28 nights the monthly rate about 18%. You see it in the price as soon as you pick the dates. Monthly stays
How many guests can stay?
Up to 6 in the one-bedroom: a queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. A baby crib is available on request.
Is parking included?
Yes, a covered space comes with every stay. We register your number plate in advance so you can drive straight in.
What is included?
Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a full kitchen with a Nespresso machine, a washing machine, towels and toiletries, and the building pool and gym. Electricity and cooling are in the price.
How far are the attractions?
Ferrari World, SeaWorld, Warner Bros. World, Etihad Arena and Yas Marina Circuit are 5 to 10 minutes by car, Yas Mall 5 minutes. Dubai is about 50 minutes away.
